Your information may be shared with the following categories of third-party service providers: a) AI SERVICE PROVIDERS: Third-party AI providers used solely for translation processing. Your uploaded content is transmitted to these providers for the purpose of generating translations. b) PAYMENT PROCESSOR: A third-party payment processor handles all payment transactions. We do not directly handle or store your payment credentials. c) CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE: Third-party cloud hosting and infrastructure providers for data storage, processing, and delivery of the Service. d) AUTHENTICATION SERVICES: Third-party providers for user authentication and account management. e) HUMAN TRANSLATORS: If you opt for human post-editing, relevant content will be shared with the assigned translator. Only the content necessary for the translation task is shared. f) ANALYTICS PROVIDERS: Third-party analytics services to help us understand how the Service is used. These services may collect anonymized or aggregated usage data. g) LEGAL REQUIREMENTS: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of TranslateHub.io, our users, or the public. h) BUSINESS TRANSFERS: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will notify you of any such change. We require all third-party service providers to process your data only on our instructions and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
